		<description><![CDATA[Downtown Harrisburg&#8217;s Riverfront Park is the setting for the Kipona Festival.
The festival is held on Labor Day weekend, by the Susquehann River and the festival gets its name, &#8216;Kipona&#8217;, from the American Indian name that means &#8216;Sparkling Waters&#8217;.
