Festivals In Pennsylvania : Creative Commons Attribution

On some of our festival articles, we use images from around the internet.  NONE of these images are stolen from copyright holders that do not want their work used in any way.  ALL of our images are:

1. Emailed to us by the photographer themselves, with certain instructions on how to use and attribute their images.
2. Uploaded through our system by means enabled on the system and following our “Terms of Use”
3. Used as a derivitave work under the Creative Commons license (mostly on Flickr.com)
4. Our own personal Staff photographs.

broken-camera.jpgIf you encounter an image that is yours and you do not wish for us to use that image – as you feel we may have come into possession of it incorrectly, you can email the editor and request that image to be removed, OR to have attribution added to that image.
