PaMidstate MEDIA is not trademarked, however we would like to inform you that copyrights exist on the name PaMidstate MEDIA, and the PaMidstate MEDIA logo.

User agrees to use PaMidstate MEDIA only for lawful purposes. User is prohibited from posting on or transmitting through PaMidstate MEDIA any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, profane, hateful, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, including but not limited to any material that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law. PaMidstate MEDIA will act accordingly when informed of violations of conduct and take appropriate action.

5. USAGE BY CHILDREN UNDER 13 
PaMidstate MEDIA cannot prohibit minors from visiting this site, however PaMidstate MEDIA has tried extensively to ensure that content is decent for such users. PaMidstate MEDIA must rely on parents, guardians and those responsible for supervising children under 13 to decide which materials are appropriate for such children to view.
