Christmas is never far off so get a start early (October early) with Christmas In The Barn. With an eye on the holidays Christmas In The Barn connects patrons to vendors long before Black Friday and with an intimate feel it will energize your spirits, not drain them!
Pick up local homemade foods and goodies like salsas and jams. Check out the beautiful handcrafted jewelry and wood work, candles and soap. For the artistic consumers, browse amazing photography and paintings. Dolls and ornaments and handmade cards bring a touch of home to the holidays. Commercial vendors represent a growing segment at the festival. Past reps have included Avon and Pampered Chef.
While parents are shopping they are welcomed to drop their kids off at the Kids Corner for fun activities and to meet Santa. Sleigh rides are all day and there’s Smores and Stories in the afternoon! Parents are encouraged to pre-register for the Reindeer Games and the Ginger Bread Barn contest. Vendors get in the holiday spirit with a wreath-making contest and a tree-decorating contest. Plus, anyone can register for the Christmas Cookie Contest and the Horseshoe Tournament.
A lot of Christmas Spirit goes into Christmas In The Barn, none more so than the spirit of charity. Proceeds from a vendor-donated raffle support local charities and patrons can donate a new toy at the door to receive five free raffle tickets. In addition to the raffle, baked goods from the Cookie Contest are auctioned off and proceeds also go to support local charities.
This event is one day only. Admission is free and parking is free.
