Its one of the largest and most family-friendly arts festivals in central Pennsylvania attracting more than 110,000 visitors over a four-day period. This year the Peoples Choice Festival of Pennsylvania Arts Crafts features nearly 200 artists, about two dozen food vendors, and 40 acts on the two stages.
