Ebensburg Homecoming was initiated in the summer of 1997 as part of the Ebensburg Bicentennial celebration. Since its inception, it has evolved into a beloved yearly tradition held every July. The event serves as an occasion for the community to come together, celebrate the summer months, and extend a warm welcome to former Ebensburg residents returning home. This vibrant celebration encompasses a wide array of activities throughout the town. Key activities include community-wide and indoor yard sales, a 5K & 15K Duathlon, a Kid's Fishing Derby, and a Farmer's Market. Attendees can also enjoy tennis lessons, gentle flow yoga, a Time Capsule Ceremony, various open houses, and a grand finale featuring live music and a spectacular fireworks show over Lake Rowena.
