The Details:
The 46th Roasting Ears of Corn Festival features a vibrant celebration of Native American culture, including performances by Grammy Award-winning artist Bill Miller and Inca Flutist Sicanni Purizaca, alongside traditional Aztec and CreeActive American Indian Dancers. Visitors can explore a diverse marketplace offering handcrafted jewelry, beadwork, pottery, and other cultural goods. The event also provides educational cultural heritage demonstrations such as Lenape cooking, flute making, and flintknapping, with hands-on activities like tomahawk and atlatl throwing. A Native American Artifact Show, hosted by IACANE, will display thousands of artifacts from across North America. Traditional foods like frybread, Indian Tacos, Buffalo Burgers, and fire-roasted corn will be available, and a dedicated children's area offers craft activities and pony rides. The festival is held outdoors in the Little Lehigh Parkway, and guests are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs.
