The Details:
This is the 30th Annual Pepper Festival, taking place on September 11 and 12, 2026, from 9 AM to 6 PM, rain or shine. It will be held at William DeLong Memorial Park in Bowers, PA. A Jalapeno Eating Contest is scheduled for September 12 at 1 PM, with sign-ups at 12 noon at the stage. The contest offers cash prizes of $100 for first place, $75 for second, and $50 for third, plus trophies. The event will also feature music by The Chile Pepper Ramblers. Attendees are not permitted to bring their own alcoholic beverages.
