The Details:

The Scarecrow Festival is a weekend of fall family fun, featuring scarecrow-making workshops, pumpkin painting, live musical entertainment, and various children's activities. The event runs from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on both days. Admission and parking for the festival are free. Visitors can also explore "Scarecrows in the Village," an annual showcase now in its 47th year, featuring over 150 creative scarecrows designed by the public. These scarecrows are displayed outdoors from Monday, September 7, through Sunday, October 25. The scarecrow-making workshop, a family favorite, provides step-by-step instructions, straw, clothing, and decorations to construct a life-size scarecrow to take home.
