Overnight canopy or vehicle spaces can be reserved on Thursday, September 17, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The cost for these spaces is $40 per 10' width, with a limit of one space per adult present at the gate. These spaces are only available on the lower left grounds from the entrance gate.

The PA Bowhunters Festival, scheduled for September 18-20, 2026, is recognized as the oldest gathering of Bowhunters in the world. This family-friendly event features recreational competition, shooting lines, and various vendors. Specific activities include the Steel Boar Challenge and Kids' Shooting Lines. The Pennsylvania Bowhunters Festival Committee operates as a 501-C-4 non-profit organization, dedicated to promoting archery and bow hunting. All profits generated from the festival are directly donated to support Sullivan County charities, youth groups, school teams and clubs, and other service organizations. Patrons are advised that alcoholic beverages and camping by participants or spectators are not permitted on the festival grounds, and they are asked to avoid open or off-body carry of firearms.
