The Peace Fair is dedicated to promoting harmony in the home, community, environment, and the world. It provides a comfortable family-friendly atmosphere for adults and children to learn about peaceful relations from various organizations. The fair is nonsectarian and nonpartisan, welcoming people of all beliefs. Activities include dozens of information tables, non-competitive fun for children like a human-powered Peace Train and face painting, and live musical entertainment. Attendees can also enjoy food, a dunking tank, a music stage, a heritage tent, poetry readings, crafts by local artisans, and a gently used book sale.
