Extreme Kayak Paddle Noon-2:00 p.m.: Brave paddlers push off at high noon at the Parker Street Landing and travel approximately three miles down the Lackawanna River Thaw Party begins at 2:00 p.m.: Will be held at VFW Post 25, 2291 Rockwell Ave., Scranton. Included with your ticket price will be traditional chili, white chicken chili, vegetarian chili, Gins pizza, and wing bites.
