The Maple Harvest Festival and Pancake Breakfast celebrates the first harvest of the new year, teaching visitors about the maple sugaring process from colonial times to the present day. Guests can learn to identify and tap sugar maple trees, visit the Sugar Shack to see sap transformed into syrup, and watch costumed interpreters demonstrate sugaring techniques. The festival also features live music, live animal programs, a climbing wall, and an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast. The breakfast menu includes real maple syrup, two local pork sausage patties, applesauce, and various beverages. Timed entry tickets are required and must be purchased online prior to the event, which will be held rain or shine. Tickets are nonrefundable.
