The Details:
The Haverford Heritage Festival is the 17th annual event hosted by the Haverford Township Historical Society, taking place on June 7th, 2026. It offers a wide array of family-friendly activities, including historical demonstrations, live music, local craft beer, and diverse food vendors. Attendees can enjoy weaving, blacksmithing, and colonial activities like butter churning, and engage with Civil and Revolutionary War soldiers. The festival also features toy train displays, a mobile helicopter exhibit, marionettes, fire trucks, and interaction with goats from an animal sanctuary. Local artists, crafters, and historical groups participate, offering artifacts, craft making, and face painting for children. The event serves as a fundraiser to help the Historical Society maintain its historical buildings and collections.
