Harrisburg Volkswagen Owners Club presents the 30th annual VolksFest, an all VW show and swap meet. Gates open @ 7am for vendors and 8am for show cars. Registration closes at noon. Prizes awarded for Top 10 air-cooled Top 10 water-cooled VWs, as well as the Presidents Choice, Sponsors Choice2, Kids Choice, the Patina Award the Best 1993 VW Award. All VW VW powered vehicles are welcome. There is a Kids Program, including games, a scavenger hunt, the chance to vote for their favorite show car. Pets are permitted as long as they are leashed and curbed. Show car admission spectator parking is by donation. Cars are separated by air or water cooled on the show field. Vendor spaces are 25x25 and are 25 ea. or 20 ea. for 2 or more. Breakfast will available from 8a-10a and lunch from 10a-2p. Beverages, including Mt.Hope wines and Swashbuckler ales will be sold onsite by the PA RenFaire. An ATM is available in the wine shop. Cash and credit is accepted for purchases. This a rain or shine event, but please pray for the shine A portion of the proceeds benefits 4 local charities and a donation bucket will be available for the Wreaths Across America program.
