The Details:

Independence Weekend is a community celebration of America and the 5th Annual Celebration of America's 250th Anniversary of the American Revolution. The event features a Salute to the Flag Celebration, a Community Family Festival, and a Community Picnic with food trucks. The Salute to the Flag Ceremony includes live entertainment by The Enlisted Band, Matthew Dodd, and Imaginary Friends Puppets, a reading of the Declaration of Independence, and honors veterans and emergency responders. The Family Festival offers free kids' crafts, games, balloon animals, a selfie backdrop, and a chance to meet veterans from American Legion Post 272.
