The Details:
The Gettysburg Festival of Races is a two-day event combining three historic races: the Gettysburg North-South Marathon, the Gettysburg Blue-Gray Half Marathon, and the 2L Race Services 5K. The event is held just outside the Gettysburg battlefield, with courses winding through scenic back-country roads, past fields and farms, and crossing the Mason-Dixon line into Maryland. Saturday, April 25th, features a health and fitness expo with local vendors. The marathon is a Boston-certified, two-loop course, while the half marathon and 5K courses offer picturesque routes with rolling hills. All registrants receive a finisher shirt, goodie bag, chip timing, fluid stations, free digital finisher photos, and post-race food and beverages. Finisher medals are provided for marathon and half marathon participants.
