The Details:
The One World Festival is an annual, family-friendly event celebrating diverse cultures through food, live music and dance, and fun activities. It was inspired by the coincidence of three different cultural festivals happening on the same day in 2018, leading to the idea of uniting various ethnic groups. The festival aims to share common values and uniqueness in one place, fostering acceptance of different traditions within the Lancaster County community. Initial planning groups included representatives from the Asian Indian, Greek, Latin/Hispanic, African, Irish, German, Italian, and Jewish communities. The event offers free admission to all attendees.
