The Details:
Meshwork is a festival of visual music in Pittsburgh, exploring the convergence of sound and image, movement, and technology. It features experiments in new media, sonic arts, and animation across performances, cinema, installations, and computational art. The festival aims to expand embodied audiovisual experience and reimagine the possibilities of visual music. Founded and directed by Johannes DeYoung and Annie Hui-Hsin Hsieh, with support from Carnegie Mellon University College of Fine Arts, Meshwork invites artists and audiences to engage with new perceptual possibilities.
