The Mt. Pleasant Glass and Ethnic Festival is an annual three-day event in late September that celebrates the towns heritage and its historical glass industry. Established in 1987, the festival highlights glass-blowing demonstrations, glass auctions, and ethnic food offerings from various cultures such as Mexican, Greek, Italian, and Polish. The event also features fireworks, carnival rides, parades, and diverse musical entertainment, drawing thousands of attendees each year.
