Parking Information
The 100 block of Garrett Road and the Five Points intersection will be closed to vehicle traffic from 7 AM until 8 PM on Saturday, September 19th. Additional road closures include Garrett Road (from Walnut Street to Market Street), Fairfield Avenue (from Garrett Road to Terminal Square), Ludlow Street (from Garrett Road to Ashby Road), and Long Lane (from Chestnut Street to Garrett Road). All parking meters in the areas surrounding the Five Point Intersection will be free of charge from 1:00 PM until 8:00 PM, but this does not apply to parking along 69th Street.

Mayor Ed Brown invites you to Upper Darby Township’s 9th Annual International Festival, celebrating the vibrant diversity that makes Upper Darby Township “The World in One Place.” The free community event will take place along the 100 block of Garrett Road and the Five Points intersection. Attendees can enjoy international cuisine, live performances, cultural exhibits, and activities for the whole family. Highlights include remarks from Mayor Ed Brown, a Parade of Flags representing various home countries, live music, and a Kids Zone. Vendors are encouraged to showcase authentic ethnic and cultural foods, traditional crafts, cultural clothing, and interactive experiences. American culture, with its rich traditions and regional flair, is also welcomed for display.
