NOIR CITY, the worlds premier film noir festival, returns to the Colonial Theatre with curator Eddie Muller presenting a carefully selected lineup of 10 films under the theme Darkness Has No Borders. The festival will showcase noir films from both English-speaking and international traditions, exploring how universal stories of crime and passion manifest across different cultural contexts.
