Collaboration with the Salvation Army of Carlisle now in our second year we pray that God will bless us as well as our attendees to be able to provide at least another SUV or more of much needed collect items for the Salvation Army of Carlisle this Christmas season. We will post the list of needed items on this event watch for that update to come soon.

Vendors may also choose an outside larger space at same amount. Vendors may bring small RV to remain on site overnight if utilizing outside space.

Vendor Contract Booth Registration Fees MUST be received simultaneously in order to secure booth spaces. ALL booths are booked on a first come, first serve basis only. NO BOOTHS/SPACES are held. NO EXCEPTIONS
SALVATION ARMY FUNDRAISER:
Until we post the list of needed items, attendees may definitely plan to bring any of the following items: new unwrapped toys, family clothing such as formal and casual business attire, other family clothing mens, womens, childrens, and infants jackets and winter coats scarfs, mittens, gloves, and hats/toboggans as well as shoes/sneakers, boots, and/or snow boots.
All items listed above will be collected on site during the Winter Wonderland at the Registration Table and brough to the Salvation Army of Carlisle on Pomfret Street the week following the event.
TriState Events will also be selling raffle tickets which enable attendees opportunities to win amazing and fabulous donated baskets and prizes in our efforts to raise additional funds for the Salvation Army of Carlisle in our goal of increasing the amount raised over the amount we raised last year.

HOW TO OBTAIN AGREEMENT:
Vendor participation is simple to participate in the 4th Annual Winter Wonderland Vendor should simply send an email to email@example.com containing the Vendors Business Name, Type of Business Crafter, Direct Sales, NonProfit, etc., Mobile Number, and Contact Name and advise you wish to request the Vendor Contract for the Winter Wonderland.
TriState Events will respond to your message within 24 to 48 hours you may also send a text message as a follow up as we receive numerous messages due to the high number of requests received as well as the 50 media outlets and platforms our events are listed.
GREETINGS WITH SANTA CENTER
Bring the family out to visit Santa and Mrs. Claus at the Greetings with Santa Center during the Winter Wonderland for family photos or to have your childrens photos taken by a professional photographer. Fill out a form which will permit the photographer to email you the photos once the event had officially ended and the photos have been edited.
GREETINGS WITH SANTA:
For a small fee of $10 Children receive a photo with Santa, or Ms. Claus, or Santas Head Elf or ... ALL THREE
Children ALSO receive per Child 2 Snowman Ornament Craft with Santas Head Elf 3 Ticket for one cup of hot cocoa 4 Treat from Santa 5 AND a treat from Ms. Claus as well.
Families also have photo opportunities with Santa for an additional $10 each additional person. We look forward to seeing you at the Greetings with Santa Center.
