The Details:

The Lights Fest is an enchanting sky lantern event where participants release lanterns into the sky after twilight, fostering unity, connection, and reflection. It is a family-friendly event featuring live music, food and drink vendors, and various activities throughout the day. Gates open a couple of hours before sunset, and the lantern launch takes place at nightfall, pending wind and fire marshal approval. Adult tickets include one biodegradable lantern and a marker, with discounted kids' tickets providing a Fun Kit, and children 3 and under attending for free. Outside food and drink are generally permitted, but alcohol is strictly prohibited at the venue. The event emphasizes safety and sustainability, utilizing custom, fire-resistant, 100% biodegradable lanterns made of rice paper, string, and bamboo, with a dedicated cleanup crew to collect them within 24 hours.
